Homicide, Robbery, Intoxicated Manslaughter, Terroristic Threats
Robbery- Possessions taken from a person by the use of threat or force. The FBI in its Uniform Crime Report defines robbery as the "taking or attempting to take anything of value from the care, custody, or control of a person or persons by force, or threat of force or violence and/or by putting the victim in fear". robbery is thus not just a property crime, but also a crime against the person -- a crime that might result in personal violence. The use or threat of force must be such that it would make a reasonable person fearful.
